It’s a mission that many of us embark upon: to relish the finer things and make sustainable choices that lead to a healthier tomorrow. Our premium Phoenix Wood® originates from “miracle” forests that rejuvenate every 7 years after harvest. This hardwood is not only exquisitely grained and exceptionally durable—it’s also a sustainable choice you can feel good about.
The optional Premium Colours finish is a safe, natural, and eco-friendly stain made from plant oils and vegetable waxes—free from the harmful substances found in many paints and stains.
Offered in a palette of on-trend finishes, Premium Colours enhances wood’s natural grain, creating richly textured, character-filled slats. The finish penetrates deeply for long-lasting durability, vibrant colour that extends beyond the surface, and protection against degradation over time.
The cordless lift system—often considered a premium upgrade—comes standard with our wood blinds. Easily adjust the slats, even on wide windows, for added convenience. Norman® cordless blinds enhance the style of your space. To operate, simply raise or lower the blind by gently lifting or lowering the bottom rail.
Not all blinds are created equal. CA Normandy® wood blinds combine premium materials, eco-conscious craftsmanship, and thoughtful details you won’t find elsewhere.
Why choose CA Normandy® wood blinds?
Exceptional Quality: Crafted from high-grade Phoenix Wood® for superior durability and timeless beauty.
Cordless by Design: A clean, cords-free look with everyday convenience and safety built in.
Classic Style: Premium hardwood with a natural finish adds lasting elegance to any space.
Wood blinds are the perfect window treatment for living rooms, bedrooms, and home offices, adding a warm and natural aesthetic to the space.
The preference between Real wood blinds and faux wood blinds depends on personal taste and budget, as wood blinds offer a genuine and classic look while faux wood blinds are more cost-effective and resistant to moisture around windows.
The costs vary depending on the size of the window, but natural wood blinds are generally considered more expensive than faux wood blinds due to the use of genuine hardwood materials.
Dust wood blinds regularly with a soft cloth or vacuum with a brush attachment, and for deeper cleaning, use a mild solution of water and a gentle wood cleaner. Be sure to not leave your slats damp.
Blinds in pre-cut sizes with user-friendly instructions can be a DIY installation project, but for best results on an inside mount, professional installation is highly recommended.
